Buying vapes online in BC
MaxRoam ships disposable vapes to addresses across British Columbia, from Vancouver and Surrey to Victoria, Kelowna and Kamloops. Here are BC's vape rules, the tax and delivery times for ordering online.
Who can order
In BC you must be 19 or over to buy vaping products. MaxRoam sells only to adults 19 and over, and you confirm your age before you can shop.
BC's rules for vape devices
BC's E-Substances Regulation sets limits for nicotine vaping products sold in the province:
- Nicotine: no more than 20 mg/mL, the same as the federal limit.
- Tank or pod: no more than 2 mL of e-liquid.
- Refill container: no more than 30 mL.
That is why the larger devices we carry keep 2 mL in a sealed tank and hold the rest in a separate container: 2 mL + 10 mL on the Elf Bar AF12000, 2 mL + 13 mL on the Flavour Beast Hydra 18K and 2 mL + 18 mL on the Allo Ultra 65K. When you fit a new container, wait about a minute before your first puff so the coil can soak up e-liquid.
Tax in BC
Vaping products in BC carry 20% PST plus 5% GST. Both are added at checkout from your delivery address.
